The phone lock code is used to protect your phone from unauthorised use. If the phone lock code is turned on, it needs to be entered every time you turn on your phone.
Solution: Turn off the phone lock code.

Press Off or On. Key in the phone lock code is (default is 0000.

Exit
Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
