Cause 2 of 10: Caller Line Identity hasn't been turned on in your price plan and you're trying to make a call with your caller identification shown when roaming

If Caller Line Identity hasn't been turned on in your price plan and you're trying to make a call with your caller identification shown, your call won't go through when roaming.

Solution: Turn off your own caller identification.

Step 1 of 6

Find "Hide my number"

Press the Navigation key.

Find "Hide my number"

Scroll to Calls and press the Navigation key.

Find "Hide my number"

Scroll to Call settings and press the Navigation key.

Step 4 of 6

Find "Hide my number"

Scroll to Hide my number and press the Navigation key.

Step 5 of 6

Activate or deactivate

Highlight No or Yes and press the Navigation key.

Step 6 of 6

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Scroll to Calls and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Hide my number and press the Navigation key.

2 Activate or deactivate

Highlight No or Yes and press the Navigation key.

3 Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
