I can't send and receive picture messages on my TCL 10 5G Android 10.0

Cause 1 of 5: Data roaming is turned off

To send and receive picture messages when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
