Cause 3 of 3: Your phone isn't powered on correctly

Your phone won't turn on if it isn't switched on correctly.

Solution: Turn on your phone correctly.

Turn on your phone

Press On/Off until your phone is turned on.

Enter PIN

Press and drag the unlock icon right.

Enter PIN

Key in your PIN and press OK.
If your phone rejects the SIM:
Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your phone.

Turn off your phone

Press and hold On/Off.

Turn off your phone

Press Power off.

Turn off your phone

Press OK to confirm.

Press On/Off until your phone is turned on.

Press and drag the unlock icon right.

Key in your PIN and press OK.
If your phone rejects the SIM:
Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your phone.

Press and hold On/Off.

Press Power off.

Press OK to confirm.
