If the ring volume has been set to 0, there will be no incoming call alert or message alert when you get a call or a message.

Solution: Increase the ring volume.

Find "Volume"

Press Menu.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Sound profiles and press the Navigation key.

Find "Volume"

Highlight the active profile and press Edit.

Scroll to Volume and press the Navigation key.

Set ring volume

Scroll to Call alert and press Navigation key right or Navigation key left to adjust the required ring volume.

Save and exit

Press the Navigation key to save the setting.

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

2 Set ring volume

Scroll to Call alert and press Navigation key right or Navigation key left to adjust the required ring volume.

3 Save and exit

Press the Navigation key to save the setting.
Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
