You can't receive voice calls - Samsung GT-E1195

Cause 3 of 4: Missed calls are diverted too fast

Missed calls are diverted to the voice mail (or another number) after a specified number of seconds. If the time limit has been set to the lowest number of seconds, it can be difficult to answer the call in time.

Solution: Choose a longer time limit for divert of missed calls.

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Call and press the Navigation key.

Highlight one of the following options:
Always

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Divert to and key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number)

If you selected If no reply in step 2, you need to select a delay for the divert:

Scroll to sec and press Navigation key right or Navigation key left to select the required duration.

Press Options.

Scroll to Activate and press the Navigation key.
A request to change the setting is sent to the network.

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Applications and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Voice calls and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call diverting and press the Navigation key.

2 Select divert type

Highlight one of the following options:
Always
If busy
If no reply
If out of reach
Press the Navigation key.

3 Divert calls to voicemail

Scroll to Divert to and key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number)
If you selected If no reply in step 2, you need to select a delay for the divert:
Scroll to sec and press Navigation key right or Navigation key left to select the required duration.
Press Options.
Scroll to Activate and press the Navigation key.
A request to change the setting is sent to the network.

4 Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
