Cause 2 of 11: Caller Line Identity hasn't been turned on in your price plan and you're trying to make a call with your caller identification shown when roaming

If Caller Line Identity hasn't been turned on in your price plan and you're trying to make a call with your caller identification shown, your call won't go through when roaming.

Solution: Turn off your own caller identification.

Step 1 of 8

Find "Caller ID"

Press the menu icon.

Find "Caller ID"

Press Phone.

Step 3 of 8

Find "Caller ID"

Press the settings icon.

Step 4 of 8

Find "Caller ID"

Press Call settings.

Step 5 of 8

Find "Caller ID"

Press Additional settings.
After a moment the current settings are displayed.

Find "Caller ID"

Press Caller ID.

Step 7 of 8

Turn your own caller identification on or off

Press Network default, Hide number or Show number.

Step 8 of 8

Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.

Press Additional settings.

Press Caller ID.

2 Turn your own caller identification on or off

Press Network default, Hide number or Show number.
