I can't check my voicemail on my Samsung Galaxy S9 Android 8.0

Cause 4 of 4: The voicemail number is not saved in the phone

To use a shortcut key to call your voicemail, the voicemail number needs to be saved in the phone.

Solution: Save the voicemail number.

Press Phone.
