Connect Bluetooth devices - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Bluetooth is a wireless connection which can be used to transfer files between two devices or to establish a connection to other devices, such as a wireless headset or keypad. Follow these instructions to connect Bluetooth devices.

Find "Bluetooth"

Press the menu icon.

Find "Bluetooth"

Press Settings.

Find "Bluetooth"

Press Bluetooth.

Turn on Bluetooth

Press the field next to Bluetooth to select ON.

Turn on Bluetooth visibility

Press your device at the top of the display to turn on Bluetooth visibility.

Bluetooth visibility is automatically turned off after two minutes.

Add Bluetooth device

Press SEARCH FOR DEVICES.
Your phone now searches for devices and after a moment, a list of Bluetooth devices within range is displayed.

In some cases, you need to key in an access code of your own choice. You also need to key in the access code on the other device.

Add Bluetooth device

Press the required Bluetooth device.

In some cases, you need to key in an access code of your own choice. You also need to key in the access code on the other device.

Add Bluetooth device

Check that the same access code is displayed on both devices and press Pair.
The new device is displayed on the list of paired devices.

Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.

Find "Bluetooth"

Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press Bluetooth.

Turn on Bluetooth
