You can't start up your phone - Samsung Galaxy Core Prime

Cause 5 of 5: Your phone is asking for a PUK

In case you've entered an incorrect PIN three times, you must enter the PUK. If the wrong PUK is entered ten times, your SIM is permanently blocked and you can't start up your phone.

Solution: Key in the correct PUK. Please note that if you've not received a PUK or do not know it, it can be obtained from the Vodafone website.
