If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Press Connections.

Press Mobile networks.

Press Network operators.

Select network manually

Press the indicator next to "Select automatically" and wait while your phone searches for networks.

Press the required network.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

2 Select network manually

Press the indicator next to "Select automatically" and wait while your phone searches for networks.

Press the required network.

3 Select network automatically

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
