There's no incoming call alert - Samsung E1200

Cause 2 of 2: The ring volume has been set to 0

If the ring volume has been set to 0, there will be no incoming call alert or message alert when you get a call or a message.

Solution: Increase the ring volume.

Find "Volume"

Press Menu.

Scroll to Settings and press OK.

Scroll to Profiles and press OK.

Find "Volume"

Highlight the active profile and press Options.

Scroll to Edit and press OK.

Scroll to Volume and press OK.

Adjust ring volume

Scroll to Call alert and press Navigation key right or Navigation key left to select the required volume.

Save and exit

Press OK to save the setting.

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

2 Adjust ring volume

Scroll to Call alert and press Navigation key right or Navigation key left to select the required volume.

3 Save and exit

Press OK to save the setting.
Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
