Cause 2 of 3: Your phone isn't assembled correctly

If your SIM or battery isn't inserted correctly, you can't turn on your phone.

Solution: Make sure that both SIM and battery are inserted correctly.

Insert SIM card

Open the bottom cover on the left side of the phone.
Place the SIM card as illustrated on the cover.

Step 2 of 2

Insert SIM card

Slide the SIM card into the SIM card holder and press it until it clicks into place.
Close the cover.

Open the bottom cover on the left side of the phone.
Place the SIM card as illustrated on the cover.

Slide the SIM card into the SIM card holder and press it until it clicks into place.
Close the cover.
