Before updating the phone's software, it is recommended that you back up the phone memory to ensure that no data is lost. When the box next to a data type is ticked (V), the data type is selected.

Press Options.

Press Back up now.
Wait a moment while the phone is backed up.

Exit

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.

Press Applications.
Press Office.
Press File mgr..
Press Backup.

Select data types

Press Backup contents.
Press All or the required data types.
When the box next to a data type is ticked (V), the data type is selected.
Press OK.

Back up phone memory

Press Options.
Press Back up now.
Wait a moment while the phone is backed up.

Exit

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.
