Follow these instructions to write and send text messages.
You need to set up the phone for text messaging before you can send text messages. Click here to see how.

Find "New message"

Press the Menu key.

Find "New message"

Press Messaging.

Step 3 of 10

Find "New message"

Press New message.

Step 4 of 10

Select recipient

Press To.

Step 5 of 10

Select recipient

Press the required contact.

Step 6 of 10

Select recipient

When the box next to the contact is ticked (V), the contact is selected.

Select recipient

Press OK.

Write the text

Press the message field.
Write the text for your text message.

Send text message

Press the send icon when you have written your text message.

Exit

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.

Find "New message"

Press the Menu key.
Press Messaging.
Press New message.

Select recipient

Press To.
Press the required contact.
When the box next to the contact is ticked (V), the contact is selected.
Press OK.

Write the text

Press the message field.
Write the text for your text message.

Send text message

Press the send icon when you have written your text message.

Exit

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.
