Cause 3 of 3: Voice calls are not diverted to your voicemail

Missed calls are only diverted to your voicemail if the correct divert settings have been selected. You can change the settings in the phone menu.

Solution: Divert calls to your voicemail.

Find "call settings"

Press arrow right to access the main menu.

Find "call settings"

Press Phone.

Press the dots in the bottom right corner of the display.

Press call settings.

Turn on divert

Press the indicator next to Call forwarding to turn on the function.

Divert calls to voicemail

Press the field below Call forwarding.

Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press save.
A request to turn on the setting is sent to the network.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press the field below Call forwarding.
Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press save.
A request to turn on the setting is sent to the network.

4 Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
