Cause 2 of 9: Bluetooth isn't turned on on your phone

You need to turn on Bluetooth before you can connect to another Bluetooth device.

Solution: Turn on Bluetooth.

Slide your finger left on the display.
Press Settings.

Press Bluetooth.

Turn Bluetooth on or off

Press the indicator next to "Status" to turn the function on or off.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press Bluetooth.
