Solution: Delete temporary internet files in the browser.

Clear cache

Go to a web page.
Press Options.

Scroll to Clear the cache and press the Navigation key.

Delete cookies

Scroll to Clear cookies and press the Navigation key.

Exit

Press Back twice to return to the current web page.

Press and hold Disconnect to return to standby mode.

2 Clear cache

Go to a web page.
Press Options.
Scroll to Tools and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Clear the cache and press the Navigation key.

3 Delete cookies

Scroll to Clear cookies and press the Navigation key.

4 Exit

Press Back twice to return to the current web page.
Press and hold Disconnect to return to standby mode.
