There's no incoming call alert - Nokia Asha 302

Cause 2 of 2: The ring volume has been set to 0

If the ring volume has been set to 0, there will be no incoming call alert or message alert when you get a call or a message.

Solution: Increase the ring volume.

Find "Tones"

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Tones and press the Navigation key.

Choose ring volume

Scroll to Ringing volume and press Navigation key right or Navigation key left to select the required ring volume.

Save and exit

Press the Navigation key to save.

Save and exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Tones and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Ringing volume and press Navigation key right or Navigation key left to select the required ring volume.

Press the Navigation key to save.

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
