To receive voice messages, you need to divert your calls to your voicemail. Remember, you need to save the voicemail number.

Step 1 of 16

Find "Call forwarding"

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Highlight one of the following options:
All voice calls

If out of reach

Select divert type

Press the Navigation key.

If you selected If not answered in step 2:

Scroll to Delay and press the Navigation key.

Highlight the required divert delay time and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Turn on and press the Navigation key.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Find "Call forwarding"

Press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call forwarding and press the Navigation key.

Select divert type

Highlight one of the following options:
All voice calls
If busy
If not answered
If out of reach
Press the Navigation key.

Divert calls to voicemail

If you selected If not answered in step 2:
Scroll to Delay and press the Navigation key.
Highlight the required divert delay time and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to If not answered and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Turn on and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to To voice mailbox and press the Navigation key.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
