I can't make voice calls on my Nokia 130 (2017) Proprietary OS

Cause 11 of 12: Your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan

If your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan but is turned on on your phone, you can't make calls when roaming.

Solution: Turn off your own caller identification.

Find "Send my caller identity"

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Call settings.

Select Send my caller identity.

Turn your own caller identification on or off

Select On to turn on caller identification.

Select Off to turn off caller identification.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Send my caller identity"

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Call settings.

Select Send my caller identity.

2 Turn your own caller identification on or off

Select On to turn on caller identification.

Select Off to turn off caller identification.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
