Cause 9 of 14: Flight mode is turned on

When flight mode is turned on, all wireless connections on the phone are turned off, including the connection to the mobile network.

Solution: Turn off flight mode.

Find "Advanced"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Advanced"

Press the settings icon.

Press Network & Internet.

Press Advanced.

Turn flight mode on or off

Press the indicator next to "Aeroplane mode".

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press Advanced.

2 Turn flight mode on or off

Press the indicator next to "Aeroplane mode".

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
