There's no incoming call alert - Motorola Gleam+

Cause 2 of 2: The ring volume has been set to 0

If the ring volume has been set to 0, there will be no incoming call alert or message alert when you get a call or a message.

Solution: Increase the ring volume.

Find "Customize"

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Find "Customize"

Scroll to User profiles and press the Navigation key.

Find "Customize"

Highlight the active profile and press Options.

Find "Customize"

Scroll to Customize and press the Navigation key.

Select ring volume

Highlight the field below Ringtone volume and press Navigation key right or Navigation key left to select the required ring volume.

Save and exit

Press Options.

Save and exit

Scroll to Save and press the Navigation key.

Save and exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

1 Find "Customize"

Press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to User profiles and press the Navigation key.
Highlight the active profile and press Options.
Scroll to Customize and press the Navigation key.

2 Select ring volume

Highlight the field below Ringtone volume and press Navigation key right or Navigation key left to select the required ring volume.

3 Save and exit

Press Options.
Scroll to Save and press the Navigation key.
Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
