Find "Call barring"
Press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call center and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call barring and press the Navigation key.
Select barring type
Highlight Outgoing calls or Incoming calls and press the Navigation key.
If you select International voice calls except to home, no international calls can be made, but you can still call home when you're abroad.
If you select Voice calls when roaming, you can't receive incoming calls when you take your phone abroad. Incoming calls will be rejected by the network and the call won't go through.

Send request
Scroll to Activate and press the Navigation key.
Key in your barring password (default is 0000) and press the Navigation key.
Exit
Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
