I can't make voice calls on my Microsoft Lumia 950 Windows Phone 10.0

Cause 12 of 13: Your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan

If your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan but is turned on on your phone, you can't make calls when roaming.

Solution: Turn off your own caller identification.

Find "Phone"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Phone"

Press All settings.

Press System.

Find "Phone"

Press Phone.

Turn your own caller identification on or off

Press the drop down list below "Show my caller ID to".

Turn your own caller identification on or off

To turn on your own caller identification, press Everyone.

To turn off your own caller identification, press No one.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Phone"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press All settings.

Press System.

Press Phone.

2 Turn your own caller identification on or off

Press the drop down list below "Show my caller ID to".

To turn on your own caller identification, press Everyone.

To turn off your own caller identification, press No one.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
