You can't receive voice calls - HTC Sensation

Cause 1 of 4: Barring of incoming calls is turned on

You can block all incoming calls or incoming calls when abroad. If one of these call barring types is turned on, incoming calls are diverted to your voicemail or another number.

Solution: Turn off call barring for incoming calls.

Step 1 of 7

Find "Deactivate all"

Press the menu icon.

Step 2 of 7

Find "Deactivate all"

Press Settings.

Find "Deactivate all"

Press Call.

Step 4 of 7

Find "Deactivate all"

Press Call barring settings.

Step 5 of 7

Find "Deactivate all"

Press Deactivate all.

Step 6 of 7

Cancel all call barrings

Key in your barring password (default is 0000) and press OK.

Step 7 of 7

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press Call.
Press Call barring settings.
Press Deactivate all.

2 Cancel all call barrings

Key in your barring password (default is 0000) and press OK.

3 Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
