You can't start up your phone - HTC One X

Cause 4 of 5: The wrong PIN is entered

If the wrong PIN is entered, your phone can't start up.

Solution: Key in the correct PIN.

Turn on your phone

Press and hold On/Off.

Step 2 of 6

Enter PIN

If required, press and drag the ring at the bottom of the display upwards.

Step 3 of 6

Enter PIN

Key in your PIN and press OK.

Step 4 of 6

SIM rejected

If your phone rejects your SIM:
Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your phone.

Turn off your phone

Press and hold On/Off.

Step 6 of 6

Turn off your phone

Press Power off.

Press and hold On/Off.

If required, press and drag the ring at the bottom of the display upwards.

Key in your PIN and press OK.

If your phone rejects your SIM:
Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your phone.

Press and hold On/Off.

Press Power off.
