Cause 1 of 3: The selected web page isn't supported by your phone's browser

Your phone's browser might have some limitations, which mean that you can't visit some web pages.

Solution: Go to another web page.

Find "Internet Explorer"

Press arrow right to access the main menu.

Press Internet Explorer.

Follow the steps below to use your phone's internet browser.

Enter web address

Press the address bar at the top of the display.

Step 5 of 10

Enter web address

Key in the address of the required web page and press arrow right.

Step 6 of 10

Go to bookmark

Press the bookmark icon (a star).

Step 7 of 10

Go to bookmark

Press the required bookmark.

Step 8 of 10

Add current web page to your bookmarks

Press the new bookmark icon.
Edit the name of the bookmark.

Step 9 of 10

Add current web page to your bookmarks

Press ok.

Step 10 of 10

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press the bookmark icon (a star).
Press the required bookmark.

5 Add current web page to your bookmarks

Press the new bookmark icon.
Edit the name of the bookmark.
Press ok.

6 Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
