If the message tone has been turned off, there's no message tone when you receive a message.

Solution: Choose message tone.

Press arrow right to access the main menu.

Press Settings.

Find "ringtones & sounds"

Press ringtones & sounds.

Select message tone

Press the field below New text message.

Select message tone

Press the playback icon next to the required message tone to hear it.

Step 6 of 7

Select message tone

Press the required message tone.

Step 7 of 7

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

2 Select message tone

Press the field below New text message.
Press the playback icon next to the required message tone to hear it.
Press the required message tone.
