I can't send and receive picture messages on my Doro 6520 Proprietary OS

Cause 2 of 5: Mobile data is turned off

To send and receive picture messages, you need to turn on mobile data.

Solution: Turn on mobile data.

Press the Navigation key.

Turn mobile data on or off

Select On.

Press the Left selection key to turn on the function.

Select Off to turn off the function.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Select Settings.

Select Connectivity.

Select Mobile data.

Select Function on/off.

2 Turn mobile data on or off

Select On.

Press the Left selection key to turn on the function.

Select Off to turn off the function.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
