I can't make voice calls on my CAT B35 Proprietary OS

Cause 13 of 14: Your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan

If your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan but is turned on on your phone, you can't make calls when roaming.

Solution: Turn off your own caller identification.

Find "Caller ID"

Press the Navigation key.

Select the settings icon.

Select Network & Connectivity.

Select Call.

Select Caller ID.

Turn your own caller identification on or off

Select Show number to turn on the function.

Select Hide number to turn off the function.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect several times to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Caller ID"

Press the Navigation key.

Select the settings icon.

Select Network & Connectivity.

Select Call.

Select Caller ID.

2 Turn your own caller identification on or off

Select Show number to turn on the function.

Select Hide number to turn off the function.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect several times to return to the home screen.
