Cause 3 of 3: Too many temporary internet files

If there are too many temporary internet files, it may cause your phone to run low on memory.

Solution: Delete temporary internet files in the browser.

Slide your finger left across the display to open the main menu.
Press Browser.

Press the dots in the bottom right corner of the display.

Clear browser data

Press Clear Cookies and Other Data.

Exit

Slide your finger up the display starting from the bottom edge of your phone to return to standby mode.

Slide your finger left across the display to open the main menu.
Press Browser.

Press the dots in the bottom right corner of the display.

Press Settings.

Press Privacy and Security.

Press Clear Cookies and Other Data.
