You can't check your voice messages - BlackBerry Torch 9810

Cause 1 of 4: The voicemail number isn't saved in your phone

To listen to your voice messages, you need to save the voicemail number in your phone.

Solution: Save the voicemail number.OR Call 171 to check your voice messages.

Step 1 of 8

Find "Voice Mail"

Press Connect.

Step 2 of 8

Find "Voice Mail"

Press the Menu key.

Step 3 of 8

Find "Voice Mail"

Press Options.

Step 4 of 8

Find "Voice Mail"

Press Voice Mail.

Step 5 of 8

Enter voicemail number

Press Access Number and press Delete to delete the current number, if required.
Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number)

Step 6 of 8

Enter voicemail number

Press the Menu key.

Step 7 of 8

Enter voicemail number

Press Save.

Step 8 of 8

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

1 Find "Voice Mail"

Press Connect.
Press the Menu key.
Press Options.
Press Voice Mail.

2 Enter voicemail number

Press Access Number and press Delete to delete the current number, if required.
Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number)
Press the Menu key.
Press Save.

3 Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
