Cause 11 of 12: Your phone isn't registered on the network

If your phone isn't registered on the network, the display will tell you that the data connection was refused.

Solution: Register your phone on the network.

Press the Menu key twice.

Scroll to Options and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Advanced System Settings and press the Navigation key.

Resend service books

Press the Menu key.

Scroll to Register Now.

Exit

Press Disconnect.

Press the Return key to return to standby mode.

2 Resend service books

Press the Menu key.
Scroll to Register Now.
Scroll to OK and press the Navigation key.

3 Exit

Press Disconnect.
Press the Return key to return to standby mode.
