Activate or deactivate Bluetooth - BlackBerry 9800 Slider

Bluetooth needs to be activated in the phone before you can communicate via Bluetooth. Follow these instructions to activate or deactivate Bluetooth.

Find "Manage Connections"

Press the Menu key twice.

Find "Manage Connections"

Press Manage Connections.

Step 3 of 6

Activate or deactivate

Press Bluetooth.

When Bluetooth is activated, the Bluetooth icon is displayed in standby mode.

Activate or deactivate

When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), Bluetooth is activated.

When Bluetooth is activated, the Bluetooth icon is displayed in standby mode.

Exit

Press Disconnect.

Exit

Press the Return key to return to standby mode.
