Cause 1 of 4: The voicemail number isn't saved in your phone

To listen to your voice messages, you need to save the voicemail number in your phone.

Solution: Save the voicemail number.OR Call 171 to check your voice messages.

Find "Voice Mail"

Press Connect.

Find "Voice Mail"

Press the Menu key.

Press Options.

Find "Voice Mail"

Press Voice Mail.

Save voicemail number

Press Access Number and key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number)

Press the Menu key.

Press Save.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Voice Mail"

Press Connect.

Press the Menu key.

Press Options.

Press Voice Mail.

2 Save voicemail number

Press Access Number and key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number)

Press the Menu key.

Press Save.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
