SIM rejected
If the display tells you that your SIM is not accepted, you may have a faulty SIM or SIM reader. Your phone can also be locked to another operator. Contact this operator for further information.
1 Turn on your phone
Press and hold On/Off until your phone is turned on.
2 Enter PIN
Drag the arrow right.
Press Unlock.
Key in your PIN and press OK.
3 SIM rejected

4 Turn off your phone
Press and hold On/Off.
Drag the arrow right to turn off your phone.
