I can't make voice calls on my Alcatel 20.08 Proprietary OS

Cause 12 of 12: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Press the Navigation key.

If you want to select a network automatically, select Automatic.

If you want to select a network manually, select Manual and wait while your phone searches for available networks.

Select the required network.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect repeatedly to return to the home screen.

Select Network.

Select SIM.

Select Network selection.

Select Selection mode.

2 Select network

If you want to select a network automatically, select Automatic.

If you want to select a network manually, select Manual and wait while your phone searches for available networks.

Select the required network.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect repeatedly to return to the home screen.
