I can't make voice calls on my Alcatel 20.08 Proprietary OS

Cause 11 of 12: Your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan

If your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan but is turned on on your phone, you can't make calls when roaming.

Solution: Turn off your own caller identification.

Find "Caller ID"

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Call settings.

Select SIM call settings.

Select Caller ID.

Turn your own caller identification on or off

If you want to turn on the function, select Send ID.

If you want to turn off the function, select Hide ID.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect repeatedly to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Caller ID"

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Call settings.

Select SIM call settings.

Select Caller ID.

2 Turn your own caller identification on or off

If you want to turn on the function, select Send ID.

If you want to turn off the function, select Hide ID.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect repeatedly to return to the home screen.
