I can't make voice calls on my Alcatel 1 Android 8.1 (Go edition)

Cause 4 of 4: Missed calls are diverted too fast

Your missed calls are diverted after a specified number of seconds. If your calls are diverted too fast, you need to select a longer period of time.

Solution: Set divert delay.

Step 1 of 10

Find "Call forwarding"

Press the phone icon.

Find "Call forwarding"

Press the menu icon.

Press Settings.

Press Call settings.

Press the name of the SIM.

Divert calls to voicemail

Press the required divert type.

(prefix) 5 (your phone number)

Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press ENABLE.

If you divert missed calls, you need to select a delay for the divert. Press the drop down list next to "Delay" and follow the instructions on the screen to select a delay for the divert.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Call forwarding"

Press the phone icon.
Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press Call settings.
Press the name of the SIM.
Press Call forwarding.

2 Divert calls to voicemail

Press the required divert type.
Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press ENABLE.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
