There's no incoming call alert - Vodafone 354

Cause 2 of 2: The ring volume has been set to 0

If the ring volume has been set to 0, there will be no incoming call alert or message alert when you get a call or a message.

Solution: Increase the ring volume.

Find "Profiles"

Press Menu.

Find "Profiles"

Scroll to Profiles and press the Navigation key.

Set ring volume

Highlight the current profile and press Edit.

Set ring volume

Highlight the field below Volume and press the Navigation key.

Set ring volume

Press Navigation key up or Navigation key down to select the required ring volume.

Set ring volume

Press OK.

Step 7 of 8

Save and exit

Press Save.

Save and exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Press Menu.

2 Set ring volume

Highlight the current profile and press Edit.
Highlight the field below Volume and press the Navigation key.
Press Navigation key up or Navigation key down to select the required ring volume.
Press OK.

3 Save and exit

Press Save.
Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
