You can't send text messages - Vodafone 252

Cause 1 of 5: Fixed dialling is turned on

Fixed dialling allows you to select which numbers your phone can call and send messages to. When fixed dialling is turned on, you can only make calls and send messages to fixed numbers.

Solution: Turn off fixed dialling.

Find "Fixed dialing"

Press the Navigation key.

Find "Fixed dialing"

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Find "Fixed dialing"

Scroll to Security settings and press the Navigation key.

Find "Fixed dialing"

Scroll to Fixed dialing and press the Navigation key.

Deactivate

Scroll to Off and press the Navigation key.

Deactivate

Key in the PIN2 and press the Navigation key.

1 Find "Fixed dialing"

Press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Security settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Fixed dialing and press the Navigation key.

2 Deactivate

Scroll to Off and press the Navigation key.
Key in the PIN2 and press the Navigation key.
