You can't receive voice calls - Vodafone Smart

Cause 1 of 2: Divert of all calls is turned on

If divert of all calls is turned on, you can't receive any calls. All incoming calls are diverted to your voicemail.

Solution: Turn off divert of all calls.

Find "Call forwarding"

Press the menu icon.

Press Settings.

Deactivate all diverts

After a moment the current settings are displayed.

Press one of the following options:
Always forward

Forward when busy

Deactivate all diverts

Forward when unanswere

Step 9 of 11

Deactivate all diverts

Forward when unreacha

Deactivate all diverts

Press Disable.
The request is sent.
Repeat until all diverts have been deactivated.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

1 Find "Call forwarding"

Press Settings.
Press Call settings.
Press Call forwarding.

2 Deactivate all diverts

After a moment the current settings are displayed.
Vodafone Smart
Press one of the following options:
Always forward
Forward when busy
Forward when unanswere
Forward when unreacha
Press Disable.
The request is sent.
Repeat until all diverts have been deactivated.

3 Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
