You can't receive voice calls - Samsung Galaxy Xcover 550

Cause 1 of 3: Divert of all calls is turned on

If divert of all calls is turned on, you can't receive any calls. All incoming calls are diverted to your voicemail.

Solution: Turn off divert of all calls.

Find "Call forwarding"

Press Menu.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Call and press the Navigation key.

Find "Call forwarding"

Scroll to Voice call and press the Navigation key.

Cancel all diverts

Highlight each of the following options:
Always

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Status and press the Navigation key.
Repeat until all diverts have been cancelled.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Call forwarding"

Press Menu.
Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Voice call and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call forwarding and press the Navigation key.

2 Cancel all diverts

Highlight each of the following options:
Always
If busy
If no reply
If out of reach
Press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Status and press the Navigation key.
Repeat until all diverts have been cancelled.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
