There's no incoming call alert - BlackBerry Curve 9320

Cause 2 of 2: The ring volume has been set to 0

If the ring volume has been set to 0, there will be no incoming call alert or message alert when you get a call or a message.

Solution: Increase the ring volume.

Find "Phone Ringtone"

Scroll to the profile icon and press the Navigation key.

Find "Phone Ringtone"

Scroll to Change Sounds and Alerts and press the Navigation key.

Find "Phone Ringtone"

Scroll to Phone Ringtone and press the Navigation key.

Select ring volume

Scroll to Volume and press the Navigation key.

Select ring volume

Highlight the required ring volume and press the Navigation key.

Save and exit

Press the Menu key.

Save and exit

Scroll to Save and press the Navigation key.

Save and exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Scroll to Change Sounds and Alerts and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Phone Ringtone and press the Navigation key.

2 Select ring volume

Scroll to Volume and press the Navigation key.
Highlight the required ring volume and press the Navigation key.

3 Save and exit

Press the Menu key.
Scroll to Save and press the Navigation key.
Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
