If your phone hasn't been correctly set up for email messaging, you can't send and receive email messages.

Solution: Set up your phone for POP3 email.

Press Add Account....

Press the required provider.

Enter sender name

Press Name and key in the name you want to use as sender name in your email messages.

Press Address and key in your email address (such as name@provider.com).

Enter password

Press Password and key in the password for your email account at your email provider.

Press Description and key in a name for your email account (such as "Private" or "Work").

Press Next.

Choose synchronisation settings

Press the indicator next to the required data type to turn synchronisation of the specific data types on or off.

Save and exit

Press Save.

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press Mobile Data Network.

2 Enter APN

Press APN below Mobile Data.
Key in live.vodafone.com

3 Find "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"

Press Network.
Press General.
Press Settings.
Press Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

4 Create new email account

Press Add Account....
Press the required provider.

5 Enter sender name

Press Name and key in the name you want to use as sender name in your email messages.

6 Enter email address

Press Address and key in your email address (such as name@provider.com).

7 Enter password

Press Password and key in the password for your email account at your email provider.

8 Enter email account name

Press Description and key in a name for your email account (such as "Private" or "Work").
Press Next.

9 Choose synchronisation settings

Press the indicator next to the required data type to turn synchronisation of the specific data types on or off.

10 Save and exit

Press Save.
Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
