Choose settings for automatic connection

You can select if a data connection to the internet should be established or switched automatically when the data card application (Vodafone Mobile Broadband) finds a data connection matching your connection settings. Follow these instructions to select settings for automatic connection.
You need to be on a pay monthly price plan to select settings for automatic connection. You also need to select a price plan type in the data card application. Click here for information on how to select a price plan type.

Find "Status"
If required, click Advanced.
Click Status.
Select setting for automatic connection
To turn automatic connection on or off:
Click Off or On.
If automatic connection is turned on:
Click Prompt or Automatic.
If you select Prompt, you're prompted before a connection to the internet is established.
If you select Automatic, a connection to the internet is established automatically.
If you turn off automatic connection, a connection to the internet needs to be established manually.
