Choose network mode

You can select which network modes (2G, 3G or the like) the data card application can use. This setting determines the data speeds you can achieve. Follow these instructions to change network mode.
If you have an active internet connection, it needs to be ended. Click here for information on how to end an internet connection.

Just so you know...

Please select the red text to see instructional images.

Select network mode
Click Devices.
Click the drop down list next to the name of your data card.
Highlight one of the following options:
4G Preferred
4G Only
4G/3G Only
3G Preferred
3G Only
GPRS Preferred
GPRS Only
Not all options may be available depending on your data card.
