I'm connected to the internet, but I can't browse the internet
You may need to change certain settings if you have installed third party security software on your computer. If your firewall or anti-virus software is configured incorrectly you can't browse the internet even though you're connected to the internet.
Open the firewall or anti-virus software installed on your computer and check that your browser is allowed to connect to the internet.
