When call waiting is activated, you can hear and answer a new incoming call while you are on the phone. Follow these instructions to use call waiting.
You need to activate call waiting before you can use this function. Click here to see how.

Use call waiting

When you have an ongoing call, the new call is indicated by a sound signal.
Press Connect.

Step 2 of 8

Swap calls

Press the padlock icon.

Your calls are displayed as tabs and the call on hold is indicated by a pause symbol.

Swap calls

Press Options.

Your calls are displayed as tabs and the call on hold is indicated by a pause symbol.

Swap calls

Press Swap.

Your calls are displayed as tabs and the call on hold is indicated by a pause symbol.
Step 5 of 8

End active call

Make sure the call you want to end is active.
Press Disconnect.

End active call

Press the padlock icon.

End active call

Press Retrieve.

Step 8 of 8

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
